One of the longest running business breakfast events in Australia introduced to the Tweed and Gold Coast area by the forward-thinking John Hurd. The first one was held in 1993 and attracted 36 participants. The Minister for Small Business was the second speaker in September 1993. The breakfasts are supported by local business people and continue to be held once per month - third Wednesday of the month at the Tweed Heads Bowls Club at 7am NSW. A wide variety of topics (by high profile business men & women) have been presented. These topics range from staff selection, marketing, customer service and other business boosting ideas.
